As the Demand Generation Marketing Manager in this SaaS startup, which has received millions of pounds of investment recently, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and success of the company through strategic demand generation initiatives. You will be responsible for developing and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns that generate high-quality leads, increase brand awareness, and drive revenue growth.

The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a proven track record of success in demand generation, strong analytical skills, and a passion for driving measurable results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive demand generation strategies to drive qualified leads and pipeline growth.
  • Create and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns, including email marketing, content marketing, webinars, social media, and digital advertising.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop compelling messaging and content that resonates with target audiences.
  • Utilise marketing automation platforms to optimise lead nurturing workflows, lead scoring models, and segmentation strategies.
  • Analyse campaign performance and marketing metrics to track ROI, identify trends, and optimize campaign effectiveness.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve demand generation efforts.

A key legacy of this role is developing and executing demand generation strategies to support the sales team. However, we want someone to come in and guide us with hosting events/webinars, being savvy with our social media, create engaging collateral and grow the marketing function.

What experience are we looking for?

  • Proven experience with demand generation (3+ years).
  • Experience in businesses from 5-100 employees.
  • Experience with webinar management and lead scoring/nurturing processes is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of HubSpot.
  • Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.
