Senior Product Manager – Film/TV
£80,000 - £90,000 + Bonus + Benefits

They're seeking a dynamic Senior Product Manager to oversee their end-to-end processes across their product team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Be a voice within the team that understands the media/tv industry. Oversee their endto-end product cycle across established platforms and creation of new features.
- Collaborate with global stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and execution.
- Champion user experience excellence and regulatory compliance throughout the product journey.
- Own endto-end product lifecycle, from scoping to delivery and iteration.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Extensive experience in the TV/Film/Media industry. Worked with Production companies such as ITV, BBC, Netflix etc.
- Experienced with UK Film and TV agreements or Pact BECTU.
- Proven track record of successfully shipping products with high adoption rates in fastgrowing environments.
- Ability to prioritise and execute validated product roadmaps in regulatory environments.
- Skilled in crossfunctional collaboration and managing global teams.
- Strong interest in finance, payroll, tax, and compliance complexities.
Core Product Management Skills:
- Expertise in the entire product development process, from ideation to implementation.
- Proficiency in articulating user stories, acceptance criteria, and wireframes effectively.
- Experience in user behavior research and integrating insights into product roadmaps.
- Familiarity with web and mobile development best practices, including accessibility and usability.
- Highly organised, selfdriven, and collaborative, with Agile (particularly Scrum) experience.
