After only being promoted to Senior Consultant just 5 months ago, Teagan is absolutely smashing it!

How does it feel to be made Principal Consultant?

It feels great, I am happy to be moving forward in my career. It gives me a push to be more involved in training and mentoring across the business. I have worked really hard and it feels really rewarding to hit my targets and progress within the business.

What has been the highlight of your year so far?

I have really enjoyed working with new clients who are passionate about what they do. It is great to send candidates over to a role that I know they will love.

What is one piece of advice you would give your younger self?

I would say it is okay to not know the answers, sometimes you just have to trust the process and not knowing everything is okay. That and maybe don’t drink so much tequila…

What’s the secret to your success?

I think I just try and treat my clients and candidates the way I would want to be treated. I always try to be transparent and offer honest advice and I think they know this and it helps build up a level of trust.

How are you going to celebrate?

I am going out for dinner with my boyfriend next week to a new sushi restaurant! It’ll be great to relax with good wine and food. But tonight, I might just go home and have a bath!
