You develop prospects, create new relationships, and ultimately build a community. Organising events with partners and startups, you’ll bring scaling tech companies into our community as potential clients, showcasing our network and knowledge.
Your forte is nurturing relationships - strengthening and enhancing our existing partnerships with tech startups.
Managing several key client partnerships, you’re their ‘go-to’ for all things talent. Consulting and advising, managing the process, engaging with different stakeholders and providing that all important value add. You keep our clients coming back again and again.

People trust you to help their next career steps. Creating market leading adverts, crafting the best LinkedIn approaches, and engaging with your network, you deliver results time and time again.
You're the epitome of multi-tasking – you thrive when managing the entire recruitment process end-to-end.
Bringing on your own clients, managing and maintaining key stakeholder relationships, sourcing your own candidates, and negotiating offers – you know your market inside and out, and love the independence of managing your own desk.
