With March's Employee of the Month, Harriet!
How does it feel to win Employee of the Month?
It feels great. The past few months have been particularly busy with the rebrand- March especially. Blood, sweat and tears (literally) went into this massive project. The marketing team and I have put in a lot of time to make this rebrand so successful and it's great to get recognition for all this hard work.
What was the biggest challenge you faced this month?
There’s a lot of moving parts in re-designing a brand- from office design, rebuilding a new website from scratch to planning a social campaign and an internal launch party. So it’s been a pretty full on few months managing this process, but I think we’re all really happy with the result.
What was the highlight of your month?
For me, the biggest highlight was watching the team on our internal launch day. I had come in the day before to set up a few surprises and seeing everyone tucking into their ISL Talent cupcakes with their new hoodies was really rewarding. I organised a team lunch and it was a really fun day to celebrate this milestone in ISL history together as a team.
What are your plans for April?
We want to focus on really maximising the success and the reach of our rebrand. We have a lot of projects working in the background and want to continue producing great content and adding value through our marketing.
How are you planning to celebrate?
I came home to a lovely bunch of flowers from my boyfriend which was a nice surprise! But I am heading to Italy in a couple of weeks for a well-deserved holiday. It’s going to be a really nice chance to relax after a hectic few months with some sun and good food.
