Are you a creative and skilled Product Designer looking to join a dynamic team? We're seeking a passionate individual to help us shape the future of design and innovation. This role is breaking boundaries in the construction tech world and you will be a pivotal role of taking their role to the next level.
Requirements:
Design Proficiency: A bachelor's degree in Product Design, Graphic Design, or a related field, and a strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and creative thinking.
User-Centered Design: Proven experience in designing products with a user-centric approach, ensuring a seamless and intuitive user experience.
Software Proficiency: Proficiency in design software, including but not limited to Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, or other relevant tools.
Prototyping: Ability to create interactive prototypes and wireframes to effectively communicate design concepts.
Collaboration: Strong teamwork and communication skills, working effectively with cross-functional teams, including developers and product managers.
Problem-Solving: A creative problem solver with a track record of delivering innovative design solutions.
Trend Awareness: Staying up-to-date with the latest design trends and incorporating them into your work.
Duties:
- Design Conceptualization: Collaborate with product managers to develop and refine design concepts that align with the company's vision.
- User Research: Conduct user research to identify user needs and pain points, using the insights to inform your design decisions.
- Wireframing and Prototyping: Create wireframes and interactive prototypes to illustrate design concepts, interactions, and user flows.
- Visual Design: Produce high-quality visual designs, incorporating feedback and maintaining a consistent design language.
- Usability Testing: Organize and conduct usability tests to gather feedback for iterative design improvements.
- Documentation: Create design documentation and guidelines to facilitate smooth collaboration with the development team.
- Iterative Design: Continuously iterate on designs based on user feedback and testing results.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful implementation of designs into products.
- Trend Incorporation: Stay updated on design trends and industry best practices, integrating them into your work to keep our products fresh and engaging.
